ALL SPORT AUTOGRAPHS – LOTHAR MATTHÄUS COLLECTION WORLD CUP PROMOTION
1. This promotion applies only to signed and framed items from the Lothar Matthäus collection purchased from All Sport Autographs.
2. The promotion begins immediately upon publication and ends on the earlier of:
a) The day before the FIFA World Cup Final, or
b) The elimination of Germany from the FIFA World Cup.
3. If Germany win the FIFA World Cup, eligible customers will receive store credit equal to the value of the eligible item purchased.
4. Store credit applies only to the product value of the item and does not include:
* Shipping costs
* Import duties
* Taxes or customs charges
* Any additional fees incurred during delivery
5. Store credit will be issued to the customer account or email used at checkout within 30 days of Germany being officially declared FIFA World Cup winners.
6. Eligible items must be purchased within the promotional period stated in clause 2.
7. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, returned, chargebacked, or found to be fraudulent will be excluded from the promotion.
8. This promotion applies strictly to the original customer and is non-transferable.
9. All Sport reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse issuance of store credit where breach of terms is identified.
10. Store credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative payment methods.
