Our Collection Nocciolato Panettone has been brightening up the aisles here at the M&S Coventry Precinct Foodhall, and we just can’t get enough of it.

Crafted to a traditional recipe in a family-run bakery in Fossano, Italy, using a unique sour-mother dough dating back more than 50 years, each panettone is left to prove, bake and cool slowly over 40 hours to create an elegantly light and fluffy sweet bread.

This festive treat is filled with Turkish sultanas, Sicilian candied orange then finished with a crispy hazelnut frosting and sprinkled with whole roasted Apulian almonds, so it tastes just as stunning as it looks!
