I’ve been lucky enough to get some peaks behind the scenes as Florence’s begins to take shape in the beautiful Billie Loves Goudhurst building - it’s looking absolutely fabulous - cosy, comfy and oh so very welcoming - can’t wait!! ❤️

We are just waiting on the last few bits now. The coffee machine being the most important. It is being installed Wednesday woohoo. We can't wait to welcome you in ❤️

It’s been ‘a bit of a year’ so far for our little family and let’s just say health is definitely the ongoing theme 🤷‍♀️. Soooooo, with my focus firmly on that, a good friend of mine (and more to the point an experienced small business owner, fabulous cook and longterm ‘Goudhurster’) will be opening the doors of Billie Loves for the next year with her own very special offering.

The lady herself will no doubt tell you more very soon once she finishes her little happy dance of joy knowing her dream of doing what she does best in her very own village finally came to true!! Those doors will be open again before you know it and I have no doubt the amazing local community will be popping back through them - thank you everyone as always!!! ❤️

Our beautiful Billie Loves shop in Goudhurst is now officially back with us. Sadly, our Ventisette Gastronomia tenants have had to make the difficult decision to close their lovely deli as well as their separate commercial kitchen to deal with and focus on an unanticipated health situation.

We’re so very sad for Cerys & Dan and wish them all the very best for the future. It’s such a shame they weren’t able to continue as planned with their Italian journey in the village but family and health must come first.

We’d also like to thank you for the enquiries and expressions of interest we’ve subsequently received regarding renting the shop out again - whilst early days, we suspect with a fair wind it means we won’t get to the stage of formally advertising the shop to let.

Like many others we would ideally like the shop to remain food orientated with eat in/take out options and really great coffee so we’re making that our priority focus right now.

Anyway, please watch this space - we intend to make sure something lovely lands in glorious Goudhurst just as soon as possible ❤️
