Had an amazing night, centre front at one of our favourite tribute acts of all time - the incredible Letz Zep . I didn't take too many photos or videos because I was too busy being absolutely absorbed in the moment. And these guys are such masters at their craft, that you don't want to miss any of that ambiance watching it through a screen.

But I did manage to record the entire drum solo that the phenomenal young Jake Blackwell does. It's off the scale! And as always, Billy Kulke, Andy Grey and the keyboard player (I'm so sorry - his name has skipped my memory!) were utterly amazing and flawless too. Thank you all for keeping this music that we grew up with alive. You make us old Rockers feel so happy and nostalgic 🥰❤️🤟

Had a really lovely day at . Despite the sweltering temperatures outside, it was lovely and cool inside the venue. The amount of people there was just right too.

We were determined to do these 2 cosplays today as we've not taken the Cyberman to a large con before. And the amount of wonderful comments we got on them made my costume designer heart very happy 🥰. It really does make all the work that goes into making them, worthwhile.

I got a lovely commission recently from Paul, one of the members of Mortlake, a mediaeval folk band. He was after a more authentic look for when he's performing. And here we are, a pair of black breeches, a stone coloured linen smock shirt and a jerkin made from upcycled leather stripped from a sofa!

It was a really lovely outfit to construct and I think he looks fantastic in it! I look forward to seeing some performing photos, and hopefully catch them live one day!

You may remember me posting a video of some stunning fabric a couple of months ago. Well, here is the finished result! Plus the Mother of the Groom outfit that I also made.

I was so honoured to be asked to make both these outfits. Hanna - sister of the groom and Noshi - mother of the groom are as beautiful on the inside as they are on the outside. We reached the end of this job as friends, which is so lovely when that happens!

I couldn't wait to see photos of them from the wedding and actually felt quite emotional when I saw these! They have given me permission to share these pictures.

Had a great day at Kent Comic Con yesterday. Andy got to do his best Bryan Blessed with Sam Jones. And I got to meet one of my 70s childhood crushes, Erik Estrada from CHiPs! Great to hang out with and meet the incredible ! His Frank Poncherello cosplay was SO good! I actually squealed when I saw him!
