It's with great sadness that I can now inform you our beautiful store will close It's doors for the final time at 5pm on Thursday 13th April 😥
M&co has been a part of the town for 12 years and we're extremely sad It's come to this.
Many of you have told us that we'll be missed, likewise we'll miss you too😥
We still have lot's of offers instore, at least 50% off all stock. Please pop in to say hello or even goodbye and grab yourself a bargain 😊

Unfortunately the news we received yesterday was not what we were all hoping for.
As we haven't received any funded, deliverable offers that would result in the transfer of the Company's stores or staff to a potential buyer, this means that all of our stores will now close and all staff will be made redundant. The M&Co 'Brand' has been aquired by AK retail but unfortunately this does not include a future for our stores or staff. We will update you closer to the time of our actual closing date.
Please have a read of our policies below, which continue in store, and note our updated rules to our gift cards, if you have one.
We will do our very best to assist you with any queries you may have but ask that you understand we are following guidelines from our administrators.
We look forward to welcoming you instore over the next couple of months and ask that you treat our team with kindness and respect in what is a very difficult time for us all ❤

RETURNS
Purchases made in store can be exchanged for items of up to the same value, with proof of purchase, within 14 days (statutory rights apply).
LOYALTY CARDS
Unfortunately, Loyalty cards and vouchers will not be accepted during the administration. The Loyalty scheme is closed to further sign ups, and purchases will no longer qualify for Loyalty points.
GIFT CARDS
We are happy to accept the full value of gift cards/refund cards in store, provided the value of the gift card/refund card is no more than half the total price of items purchased.
We can no longer accept gift cards after the 12th February.
OUTSTANDING ORDERS
The joint administrators are honouring orders in process at the time of the administration.

This is most definitely the hardest thing I've posted on our page.
We would like to make you all aware of the following. These policies have been put in place by the administrator's, we fully appreciate customer's frustrations however we politely ask that you don't take you're frustrations out on the team in store.
We remain positive that a solution can be found however we don't have answers to the many questions that customer's have.

'Gavin Park, Adele Macleod and Rob Harding were appointed as joint administrators of M&Co Trading Ltd ("The Company") on the 9th of December 2022. The affairs, business and property of the company is managed by the joint administrators. The joint administrators act as agents of the company and contract without personal liability.
*RETURNS
Purchases made in store up to 14 days before the 9th of December 2022 can be exchanged for items of up to the same value, with proof of purchase. Purchased made in store from the 9th of December 2022 may be exchanged within 14 days with proof of purchase (statutory rights apply).
*LOYALTY CARDS
Unfortunately, Loyalty cards and vouchers will not be accepted during the administration. The Loyalty scheme is closed to further sign ups, and purchases will no longer qualify for Loyalty points.
*GIFT VOUCHERS
