The broadband drama continues. Today my current mobile broadband supplier has turned off the sim for the faulty sim so I have no internet at the studio at all until the new one arrives. I decided to open late today so I could try to sort it this morning but that is not happening. I have a lot of admin to get through and those of you waiting for invoices or order updates will receive them today as I have taken the decision to close the studio today. I doubt the new sim will make a difference but there is a process I have to go through so thank you all for bearing with me I will get this sorred one way or another. Fiona

I apologise for my communication the last few weeks. I have bad terrible broadband at the studio and am trying to keep up with admin in the evenings. I'm hoping to be caught up by monday but if you haven't heard back from me I'm not ignoring you. I'm going to try and see if I can get the problem sorted this weekend but my carrier is denying there is a problem so I'm not hopeful it will be sorted by next week. I will be looking into other options to get the studio back online so please bear with me.

My hours today will depend on the storm. The lightning storm was right over my house 15 minutes ago and is still pretty close so I will open once it is safe to leave.

It seems my network is down in Cupar at the moment and I have had no mobile broadband or signal for texts and calls the last 3 days. I apologise if I am late getting back to requests. All admin will be done in the evenings whilst the network figures it out.

Up to now I have allowed walk in customers and whilst I appreciate every recommendation and new customer I have found it difficult to keep up lately. I have had a lot of work with tight deadlines. For now I am allowing visitation by appointment only. Even if this is just a quick call saying I am on my way. That will give me a chance to prepare. Some days I will advise I do not have time for a consultation and will reschedule. There are a lot of changes happening at Norry Custom Designs this year and all of them will make my small business more efficient. Please note. previously I have walked out to the main street to flag down customers who are having trouble finding the studio. I will no longer be able to do this. I will as always provide full instructions for anyone who has an appointment and most people find they are able to find me using these instructions but I will no longer be able to leave the studio during work hours. This requires me to turn off my equipment, lock up etc so is no longer feasible. I apologise if this is inconvenient however I need to make these changes. Fiona
