For all you fabulous mammies whose teaching their girls “ don’t be like the rest of them”

We’re going to be raffling a one off mother and daughter bag set. Get tagging the daddies who would like to surprise the wife and little princess this Mother’s Day instead of getting flowers and chocolates on Monday because they forgot 😂

🎉 🧠💭it’s raffle time again! 💭🧠🎉

We are raffling off a bespoke cream hat and bag set in aid of The Showmen’s Mental Health Charity! All proceeds of this raffle will be donated to them! As it’s for charity it’s £10 a number and the numbers are 1-40

It’s such a brilliant cause that we all need to get behind, now more than ever. With the stigma around mental health it can be difficult to open up to someone when you’re struggling with it for the fear of being told to ‘man up’, ‘cheer up’ or even being called weak, it’s because of this that so many people keep it bottled up and suffer in silence, and this needs to stop! Just by having a conversation about it with a family member, a friend or even a stranger can make a world of difference. So if you are struggling with your mental health or you know someone that is, reach out, pick up the phone, call, text or email and get the conversation going.

It may be hard to see it at times but you are not alone in this! Let’s keep talking, walking and donating to make showland a more mindful and healthy place ❤️
