Nearly the time of year to bring out the “poolside suit”.

This wool seersucker cloth by is one of my all time favourites. Textured with some stretch, it really is the most comfortable suit I have ever made. The colour stands out and, yes I know trainers and suits aren’t for everyone’s taste, but I think it looks proper naughty 👌

Green on green.

It’s a bit of a theme here at NST. Green cloth, suits, coats and details. Why? Well it just speaks of a well curated gentleman. Green is not a business colour, neither is it too casual to wear for formal occasions.

Starting in 2D.

Every garment starts from a 2D unique pattern. It takes skill and craftsmanship to understand how to shape a 2D pattern to fit and mould to a 3D shape (the body).
Through the use of darts, suppression and balance (and some stretching here and there) that flat pattern is transformed into a garment ready to fit to the customers unique body figuration.

And that’s just the start…..
