Payment is expected in full on ordering. Orders will not be started until payment in full (or deposit, if agreed) is received. Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full is r

eceived. If you require a delivery on a specific date please let me know and I will try to accommodate as far as possible, subject to workload and current commitments. Please note that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable

Due to the handmade bespoke nature of the goods, NS would like to kindly state the following:
1. We ensure that all of our products are quality control checked before dispatch. If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact NS within 3 days of receiving your items. Please include photographs of the product AND the packaging. We will repair or replace or refund your item if the fault or damage was our fault.
1.2. It is your responsibility to ensure we receive the item back within 14 days of reporting a fault.
1.3. After receiving the item back and confirming the faulty state, NS will proceed to resolve the problem by repairing, replacing or refunding the item.
2. Reporting a missing Item
2.1. If you are expecting an item to be delivered and it does not turn up, please report this to NS within 3 days of the latest date within Royal Mail postal guidelines, which can be viewed here: http://www.royalmail.com/personal/sending-mail
3. Refunds & Cancellations
3.1. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Sale of Goods Act, we are under no obligation by law to cancel your bespoke order or offer a full or partial refund on a purchase, unless it has been deemed faulty.
3.2. Wherever possible we will work with a customer to find a resolution to the problem.
3.3. We are unable to cancel orders for ready-made items, sale items or discounted items.
4. Changes to your order
4.1. If for any reason you need to change your order please contact NS as soon as possible. Changes cannot always be made, however, NS will always endeavour to accommodate requests as far as possible. Additional charges may also apply. I only hold personal information such as name, address, contact details. Details of previous jobs. Personal measurements. I do not hold any card or bank information. I do not pass any information on to third parties. (Unless permission if granted first). I may occasion hold a competition & any information gathered in this process will be deleted once the competition has been completed if marketing consent is not granted
