Sophie's funeral will take place on Wednesday 7th December, at 1pm at the North Oxfordshire Crematorium, Tackley, Kidlington, OX5 3ER.

Afterward, from around 3pm, there'll be a reception in the upstairs function room of Whitelands Farm Sports Ground, Whitelands Way, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 1AJ.

Thank you to everyone who's donated to the Hummingbird Centre in memory of Soph. We haven't thanked you all individually, and many have donated anonymously, but we're so grateful:

We have lost our dearest youngest daughter, Sophie.
