For the last 4 years, I've been helping to fundraise for the N&N Hospital, taking in donations and helping get them to the charity department to be distributed to wards. But with social media and technology ever evolving its now easy to donate yourself. Just log in to one of the Amazon Wishlists held by the N&N Hospital and donate directly.

Amy Gonzalez, Head and Neck Cancer Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist, said: “Patients undergoing treatment for head and neck cancer often face extremely challenging pathways involving invasive surgery, radiotherapy or chemotherapy, with many experiencing significant physical and emotional side effects throughout their treatment.

“With support from the N&N Hospitals Charity, we have created a wish list of items designed to help ease some of that burden and improve patients’ comfort and wellbeing.

“The list includes a range of practical and supportive resources, from communication tools for patients recovering from surgery to relaxation and wellbeing items, all aimed at helping them feel more supported, comfortable and cared for during a very difficult time.”
