We’re looking for a Shop Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis – 35 hours per week.

This is a varied and exciting role, including:

👗 Merchandise & stock control
💍 Working closely with wedding couples on a weekly basis
📊 Preparing weekly reports
🤝 Consulting with sales representatives
🍂 Helping decide on seasonal stock
📅 Creating staff rotas
👰 Carrying out suit fittings
🛍️ General day-to-day shop duties

What we’re looking for:

✔️ Someone who works well under pressure
✔️ Excellent organisation and ability to meet deadlines
✔️ A fun, friendly personality

✔️ Previous retail/fashion experience is preferred
