When someone trusts you enough to create magic it really is quite something else imo.

I was sent this shirt to sprinkle some magical fairy dust over it and as you can see it really did need reworking.

It was a BIG shirt with half of the buttons missing but no fundamental flaws to it, which is always a benefit. So, me and the lovely Shelley worked together to turn this ‘good bones’ shirt into something she would love and make her feel pretty awesome in.

The reveal is yet to come and to say it turned into an absolute Bobby Dazzler is saying something… keep your eyes peeled 👀

I am partial to a check so when I got my sticky mits on this shirt, I just knew it needed a few pops of red here and there.

The red binding has brought the check out even more and adding the flames reminds me of something Evel Knievel would have worn…maybe not the ruffle mind 🤣.

I also love the Rebel patch on the back…something I little bit unexpected.

This is a men’s medium shirt and still available on my website…however I am VERY tempted to keep it myself 🤔

Part 2 of the sneaky peak of the reworked shirts drop…

I know it’s another longish one but please bear with it as the last shirt is an absolute cracker…mind you they all are!

Someone asked me the other day what I love about reworking these shirts…simple really…the possibilities are endless! The colour combos, the patches and/or vinyls really do make each one completely unique not forgetting the fact that these shirts were likely to end up in landfill and that to me is something very special.

Reworking a shirt which maybe has a tear, a hole or stain in a place where you wouldn’t want it is likely to never be worn so giving them a new lease of life means a great deal to me.

Let me know what you think to this grey and white striped linen one…I’m not sure which part of it I love the most! You?

How the shirt started to how it ended up…

Taking about 5” off the bottom of the shirt gives me enough (and spare) fabric to make the ruffled collar (once I’ve removed the original one).

Now I’m not a cat lover (don’t hate me) but I know there are a lot of you out there who love them so adding this cheeky, peaking black cat just had to be done.

I couldn’t resist the leopard print binding and adding the turquoise peace vinyl to the back was the finishing touch for me.

This is a men’s regular fit medium shirt. All measurements will be on the listing on my website when it drops on Friday.
