And honestly… what a year it’s been.

When Lisa joined us, we knew straight away she’d be a brilliant fit for the team. What we couldn’t have predicted was just how much strength, calmness and support she would bring during one of the hardest periods our business - and Jo personally - has ever faced.

Over the past year, Lisa has helped keep everything moving forward with professionalism, warmth, loyalty and endless patience. She’s been a steady hand for the team, and a genuinely reassuring presence for our customers.

So many of you comment on how knowledgeable, helpful, kind and approachable she is - and we couldn’t agree more.
