Iāve always had my mind set, that it is ābetter to give, than to receiveā, and so I rarely ask for anything butā¦ā¦..
Two of the kindest, most humble and yet generous people Iāve ever known, Christine & David Billups were dealt the cruellest blow imaginable, when their beautiful Son Luke was taken away from them, after suffering an inoperable brain tumour.
Ever since, in recognising and appreciating the kindness and support of various organisations, that helped their family through the darkest of times, they decided to give back.
Christine and Davidās efforts, with the support of amazing family, friends, and strangers have raised many thousands of pounds for the Brain Tumour Charity and Rotherham Hospice.
Their determination, and the kindness of so many to help fund research and development is making a differenceā¦ā¦
But the work never stops.
So, We gladly supported Dave and Christine at Strike a chord for Lukeās Legacy and we always will, but more is needed.
I know times are tough for so many, but I have to ask, if anyone reading this post could spare the price of a drink at the local, or imagine the price of a Saturday night takeaway, how amazing it would be if you could help Dave and Christine with Lukeās Legacy.
