It is exactly what is needed to make sure that the business can continue to grow and that we can make sure we give you the best experience when working with us.

And some of the things I have mapped out are going to make it an amazing experience!!!

The work is happening.

The last few months have been truly incredible and have moved the business forward in a way that was not expected!

But what it has done is shone a big light on the things that need to change within the business. And instead of doing this half heartedly - we are going to do it right.

We are a VERY small team - which means all of us will need to pull together to get this working in the way that I see in my head (and trying to verbalise this to make sense outside of my brain has been hilarious - I think Queenie wants to kill me lol)

I digress!

We are not disappearing - but we are pulling back for the next few weeks IOT make sure that everything gets sorted.

And the digging I have been doing have opened my eyes to some incredible things that will be coming to the website and our store (I CANNOT WAIT)

So, if you do need anything and we haven't already had a conversation, please get in touch ASAP - because we are only doing a very small amount of orders this month and have allocated our time for the 3 events we are working on and our other e-commerce clients.

I am going to try and document the journey that we are on to get everything out into the wild and aiming off for 28th September.

This feels very big and scary - but future me will be a happy bunny when this is done and that is what I am keeping in my mind lol

It's time to bust some myths!

The cheaper the merch, the better the value.

Big fat wrong!

Most of the time, when you get the cheapest merch possible, you are getting something that people don't want to have.

And it poorly represents your brand.

But when you get the right merch, people use it and they remember you for it ... which means they think about you when you want them to be thinking about you.

This might be in the office.
This might be in the kitchen.
It might be when they are in the car.

Your merch should work for you - not against you!

And it doesn't matter if you are getting ready to go to your first ever event, or organising your twentieth - we never stop learning when it comes to events.

Or at least we shouldn't stop learning ...

So as much as I help people with merch, consultation calls and event management, I wanted to create something for people that are at the beginning of their event journey.

The business owners who are still not sure how to show up as themselves at an event.
The business owners that feel awkward when entering a new room.
The business owners that want to grow - but are scared.
