Every time a customer brings me a job it's always a different challenge. The customer brought me a horse shoe that needed a buckle repaired on the strap. I wasted no time and immediately replaced the damaged part with one made by me with leather and synthetic material to reinforce the strap using the original as an example. Today a pair of ladies ankle boots needed saving and I couldn't say no to the customer, I removed the old sole which had hydrolysis damage. I really liked the finished job as they were saved from going to the bin, the customer when she saw them was very happy with the work and that she didn't throw her boots away. Timpson Ltd

A pair of R.M.Williams boots need a little extra love today, with a new pair of Welts, rubber midsoles, a pair of JR leather soles, a new pair of heels, and a pair of 1mm Vibram soles and a good clean and polish. The finished job was very satisfying as the customer couldn't believe they were the same boots his dad left him. Timpson Ltd
