Wow what a Wednesday evening we had. Thank you to our wonderful Mel for organising it all. To say today, all that were involved are a little broken, would be an understatement. Hythe you were amazing and so welcoming. Many of whom that took part, had months to plan their float and it showed. Each float looked fantastic. Inchwater!! We had 5 days lol merry Christmas 🪭🎡🎅🎄

Omg Christmas themed carnival was amazing. Thank you to all that took part and each and everyone of you that came out to support us.
Massive thank you the the Dover carnival association for again organising it this year. Inchwater’s elf’s, reindeer’s and of cause Mr and Mrs Clause won a well deserved 1st. A great time had by all xx

Wow she only went and done it. A massive congratulations to Michelle our wonderful Assistant Manager who has also completed her Level 5 in Leadership and Management in adult social care. Well done Michelle, we knew you would smash it.

It was so lovely to meet Tracey from Dover Doer's Disco, Dover's very own local radio station, run by volunteers. We laughed and chatted talk about some of the amazing work we all here at Inchwater do for our clients and our community. If you have a radio, phone or smart speaker, tune in tomorrow at 12 noon to have a listen to some great songs to sing along too.

Inchwater sponsor the Dover Athletic girls football team under 12s and we are very proud this morning to announce that this team of amazing young ladies have finished their first season at Dover as league champions!! Well done and congratulations girls, you have all played with such integrity, fire and skill. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for this outstanding team!! 💪🔥❤️

Wow 10 years at Inchwater! Another staff member recognised for their long service. Register Care Manager, Hazel Norton started back in 2016 working Wednesday evenings and Weekends around her young family. While working her way up to Care Manager, Hazel has completed her NVQ level 5 in Health and Social Care and yesterday completed her Level 7 in Strategic Management. Hazel said ' Thank you to you all, its because of you, my job is so enjoyable, you make my days bearable lol. I wouldn't change my job for the world. I love Inchwater and the values we uphold. Here is to another 10 years with an amazing group of individuals'.
