✨ SOPHIE SAID YES TO THE DRESS! ✨

We had the absolute pleasure of having Sophie in with her mummy, daddy and grandparents — and what a gorgeous appointment it was! ❤️

Sophie was one of those girls who looked AMAZING in so many dresses, which made choosing the one just a little bit tricky! 😍

There were lots of favourites, lots of trying on… and even a very definite THUMBS DOWN to one particular dress that Daddy absolutely LOVED! 😂

Well… we weren’t quite ready to give up on that one!

We brought it back out, dressed it all up properly, and Sophie gave it another try — and guess what? 👀

She fell right back in love with it! 🥰

And just like that… we had our YES TO THE DRESS! 💕👗✨

Sophie, you were an absolute pleasure to have in, and we loved being part of your special dress-shopping journey.

✨ ZOE SAID YES TO THE DRESS! ✨

Today we had the gorgeous Zoe in with her mummy and family to find the one — and there were two things Zoe knew were VERY important from the start… BOWS 🎀 & PEARLS 🤍!

We narrowed it down to two beautiful dresses, and even gave a previous “no-go” dress another little try… but nope! 😂 Still a no from Zoe!

And that’s when she knew exactly what she wanted. 🥰

Zoe was absolutely delighted with her choice and so happy to finally say those magical words…

It was so lovely watching her know exactly what she wanted and seeing that big happy smile when she found it. 💕

We had the absolute pleasure of having Lucy in with us, and what a little proiter she was! 😍

This young lady definitely knew what she wanted! Mummy and Auntie had both spotted a few dresses they liked, but Lucy had her own ideas — and she wasn’t afraid to stick to them! 👏🏼

Her style was simple, beautiful and wonderfully traditional, and when she found the one, you could see just how happy she was. 🥰

There was no hesitation… Lucy knew this was HER dress! 👗✨

A huge YES TO THE DRESS from this gorgeous girl! 💕 We absolutely loved having you in with us, Lucy, and we hope you have the most magical First Holy Communion day when it comes. 👑✨

✨ ALENA SAID YES! ✨

Well, we had a whole little family situation in the shop for Elena! 🥰

Alena arrived with her mummy, her brother and her brother’s wee friend — and let’s just say, Alena was VERY clear on what she wanted! 😂

There was absolutely no cracking a smile until we found the dress. She knew exactly what she was looking for and she was sticking to her guns! 👑

And the funniest part? Mummy had actually called into the shop a few days before and had already picked out the exact same dress! 🙌🏼

So when we got Alena into it… happiness all round! ❤️

It was definitely the dress she had pictured in her head, and once she knew she had found the one, that gorgeous smile finally appeared. 🥹

And of course, the final bit of magic was getting her little Yes to the Dress pack to take home, complete with her Maple’s ice cream voucher and all her other little treats. 🍦🎁

We know… we know… 😍
Our Polka dresses are absolutely GORGEOUS — but we also know that when you see the price tag, you might think, “Oh my goodness, that’s a lot of money for a Communion dress!” 🙈

And honestly, we completely understand. ❤️

With the cost of everything these days, we know that spending a little more on a dress isn’t always easy. But we also know there are so many mummies out there who have fallen completely in love with Polka and have their heart set on one of these beautiful dresses. 👗✨

So… we wanted to make it a little bit easier.

💫 ALL POLKA DRESSES WILL BE £650 — AND THEY WILL NOT BE ANY MORE THAN THAT. 💫

Polka dresses are the most expensive dresses we stock, and we want to be completely upfront about the price.

But here’s the good bit…

You DON’T have to pay the full £650 when you order. ❤️

You can pay half of the dress upfront, and then when your beautiful Polka dress arrives, you have the option to pay the remaining balance off.

And another really important thing…

👗 Even if we don’t have the particular Polka style you love in our shop, you can STILL order your Polka dress through us! 👗

So if you’ve seen the one and it’s not currently hanging on our rail, don’t panic — come and have a chat with us and we can help you order it. 🥰

We know £650 is a big investment in a Communion dress, but we also know how special it can feel when your little girl finds the dress she absolutely adores. 🤍

💕 Why is it worth shopping for your Communion dress early?

* 👗 Some designers stop taking orders as early as the first week of December. Once those deadlines pass, we simply can’t order certain dresses or sizes.
* 📏 Very small or fuller-size children can be more difficult to cater for later in the season, as particular sizes may sell through quickly and replacements aren’t always available.
* ✨ Looking for something a little different? Maybe a particular style, colour, detail or something special added to the dress? The earlier you choose, the more time we have to source, order and arrange those little extras.
* 👭 Our one-dress-per-school promise means your little one gets something special and unique to her school. Leaving it until later can mean that the styles available to order are much more limited.
* 🛍️ Later in the season, you may be choosing from what is left on the shop floor, rather than having the full collections and sizes available to you.
* 😍 Most importantly… there’s no need to panic! Coming early means you can take your time, enjoy the experience and find the dress that feels absolutely perfect.

So if your little one is making her First Holy Communion in 2027, now really is the time to get your appointment booked. 💕
