I’ve been reminding myself of this a lot lately — whether it’s exercise, running, or just trying to show up in life.
It’s so easy to feel like you’re “behind” or that you’re not doing enough. But the truth is, the hardest part isn’t running the miles, lifting the weights, or even making progress… it’s just starting.
Every time you lace up your shoes, roll out your mat, or simply decide to move your body, you’ve already done the hardest thing.
So if you’ve been stuck, feeling guilty, or waiting for the “perfect” time to start again, maybe this is your reminder: progress begins with that first step, no matter how small. 🏃♀️✨
Here’s to starting again, and again, and again. Because that’s what the journey really looks like.
