TRADERS DONATE TO SCOUTS!

With just one week to go until
Scouts Scotland fundraisers climb aboard the RRS Discovery in Dundee to undertake a Mast Climb event, the Broughty Ferry Traders Association, have got them off to a great start by sponsoring the event with a generous £250 donation.

Carole Leslie (pictured back centre), BFTA Membership Secretary, met with the local 49th Dundee Cubs to acknowledge the Traders support and sponsorship ahead of the big event on 6 September.

Martin Goodfellow, BFTA Deputy Chairman said,

"The Cubs and Scouts have made a tremendous contribution to the local community in Broughty Ferry over many years, benefiting generations of children and young people by providing fun, friendship, new experiences and valuable learning opportunities.

The Broughty Ferry Traders Association is delighted to support local community groups and charities who make such an important contribution to our town and its residents."
