ustomers have TWO WEEKS, from the collection date, to bring the altered garment back for FREE alteration, if the alteration was NOT done in accordance to customers instructions.
● Any garments / articles that are not collected within 2 months of the collection date will be donated to charity and customers will not be entitle to a refund of money. Do not hesitate to contact me should you have any questions or require further information.
