Don’t forget to tune in to the BBC tonight for the broadcast of the 2026 The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo!! We’re still buzzing from being asked to supply more costuming this year in the form of new vests to go with the blouses we’ve been doing for a few years now. It was a great show this year and worth a watch! Tonight BBC at 8pm!!

The talented Kenclark Photography captured some lovely photos of our stall this past weekend! 📸
It was such a pleasure to see and serve so many dancers from all around the world. We’re very used to seeing so many familiar faces from our time at the Canadian Championships each July, so having missed them this year, it was especially nice to reconnect, catch up, and see everyone again. ❤️
We’ll be back with the international dance community next year at the Cowal Highland Gathering, as well as the ScotDance Canada Championship Series in Edmonton! 🇨🇦🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

We need to address something…
We all make mistakes, and when we do, it’s important to own up to them. 😇
We made this Aboyne outfit recently and, well… it didn’t quite come out as ordered.
Somehow, we accidentally gave it the full VIP treatment and upgraded it to a rather fancy Aboyne, complete with braid and buttons. 😂
Our mistake? Absolutely.
Do we think it looks fabulous? Also absolutely. 😉
Sometimes mistakes are just unexpected upgrades! ✨

Are you coming to Cowal Highland Gathering ?? Come by and say HI at our nice double covered stall located on site for all 3 days of this world class event! We will have a full stall set up with costumes for sale as well as fittings for kilts, jackets, aboynes, and waistcoats! This has proven to be a very busy few days for us so we strongly encourage you to come by early when it's quiet. We will have our popular gift items and tartans as well as a nice shaded space away from the sun... the sun... did you hear that weather God... shelter from the SUN...

To prep for the Cowal Highland Gathering here is a sample of some of what's been loaded into the car today! In addition to our usual fitting service for kilts, jackets, and aboynes, we will have these items and more! Hornpipe suits will be fitted and shipped to you - and we will have a selection of harder and harder to find Jig Shoes. Be sure to swing by - you can't miss us right at the main gates with our nice double sized covered stall (thank you again to the folks at Cowal for welcoming us in!!)
