Location – Creative Business Park, Langley Park, County Durham, DH7 9TT

Position – Operations Assistant (Warehouse & Office)

Type - Full-Time, Permanent (3-month probationary period)

Creative Park operates as an online retailer through various platforms and websites. We are in need of a quick-thinking individual to join our fast-paced team. The role involves preparing orders for picking, packing, and processing within daily deadlines, managing stock, handling returns, and responding to customer inquiries. The position is 70% warehouse work and 30% office work, with the office work percentage subject to seasonal fluctuations. The ideal candidate must be capable of meeting tight deadlines, both independently and as part of a team. This role may also involve physical demands.

Hours are Monday to Friday, Saturdays are on pro rata. Hours are flexible.

Salary negotiable between £24,000– £26,000 per annum depending on experience.

**Duties: **

- Ensure orders are prepared, picked, packed, and processed before the daily cut-off time.

- Stock management: Handling goods in/out, restocking, organizing racks, and conducting regular inventory checks.

- Processing order returns and customer queries.

- Implement health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment

**Qualifications: **

- Experience in warehouse desirable.

- Proficient in heavy lifting and materials handling

- Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft and other programs.

- Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Organisational skills with attention to detail
