We have an exciting event coming to Places on Friday 5th November, our Mummy Wellness morning ☺️

This FREE event will run from 10.00am - 1.00pm and include the following classes and workshops………………

We also have lots of amazing stalls in our mini wellness market all from local businesses 😍

When being a mindful mama feels too hard 😭

My 2 year old wont sleep, bed time is hours, she wakes in the night and nothing helps her. Not cosleeping, not holding, nothing. Everyone is feeling the effects of the lack of sleep.

It's hard to stay mindful, not catastrophise about the new baby, not to lose your cool.

Wearing my jumper from today to try and remind me why I parent this way, why i try to live this way.
