How are we eco-friendly? 🌱♻️

No Minimum Orders
We are always looking at ways to reduce our eco-footprint and help the environment, therefore we pride ourselves on our ‘no minimum orders’ policy. This printing process is invaluable for fashion brands, as well as small businesses looking for staff ‘top ups’, by helping everyone save money and reduce waste. Unlike other companies this policy means we are flexible to your needs, and that no job is ever too small or too big for us.

Water-Based Inks
At Eco Tee Prints our DTG printers only use water-based inks. The most eco-friendly and ethical option when it comes to printing. Unlike plastisol inks, our water-based inks are OEKO-TEX certified, meaning they are sustainable and free from harmful chemicals. Furthermore, water-based inks produce longer lasting prints with impeccable details, and more defined, sharper edges. And because water-based inks are intrinsically soft, these prints will also become softer over time as opposed to progressively harder like plastisol prints do.

Sustainable Garment Options
At Eco Tee Prints we prioritise using 100% eco-friendly garments as much as possible. Our most popular garment providers, ‘Stanley/Stella’, work closely with their suppliers to source only the best raw materials, grown or produced in ways that do not harm people, animals or the environment. They exclusively use 100% Global Organic Textile Standard certified organic cotton from India, recycled polyester from China and other sustainable materials such as Modal®. Whilst our second sustainable garment option, ‘Anthem Clothing’, uses certified organic and eco-friendly fabrics for their tees, that you know have been created legally, through fair and honest practises, and without exploiting people or the planet.

We are a bespoke garment print service located in the picturesque village of Easton in Suffolk. We specialise in eco-friendly garments and inks. Our print services include DTG and DTF prints, Embroidery, and Screen Printing.

DTG Printing
Also known as ‘Direct to Garment’ Printing, DTG is a process of printing on textiles using specialised water-based ink jet technology. This process works very much in a way similar to how a printer connected to your computer works! 

Pros
* Cost effective for small runs
* Uses eco-friendly water-based inks
* No limit on number of colours used in any design
* DTG prints have sharper and higher resolution than traditional printing methods such as screen printing

Screen Printing
Screen printing is the process of transferring a stencilled design onto a flat surface using a mesh screen, ink and a squeegee.

Pros
* Highly durable 
* Cost effective for large runs
* Gives the same finish as most traditional printed t-shirts

Machine embroidery
A process where your designs can be machine stitched on a wide variety of garments.

Pros 
* Long lasting and durable
* Gives a professional finish
* Can stitch on most garments e.g caps, jackets, towels, polos, tees

DTF Printing
Also known as ‘Direct to Film’ Printing, DTF is a process that involves printing a design onto a special film and heat pressing the design onto the garment.

* More durable than DTG prints
* Can apply to a wide variety of materials
* More suitable for small design areas e.g. neck labels
* Faster production process, therefore more cost effective for all
