An amazing 15 mummas 1 dad and 2 grannies showed up today with a total of 36 of us at our First Teddy Bears Picnic of the year!

Incredible. So many new mummas as well. So lovely to meet such wonderful people and chat laugh and share stories.

Thank you so much for coming along! I really hope you had the best time! 💜

TEDDY BEARS Teddy bears picnic 🧺

Who is looking forward to our teddy bears picnic 2024? 🙌🥳🐻

Please if you’re coming let me know. All ages of children welcome 🤗along with mummas daddies grandparents uncles aunties etc. the more the merrier.

Remember your picnic blanket, Teddy and your picnic.
Please take note that children or adults might swap food on the day so please avoid anything with nuts to be on the safe side.

The amazing Rebecca is bringing along a parachute 🪂 tent ⛺️ and a few other bits for the children.
I will also have some games and books.

This event is completely FREE 🆓 of charge.
Come along and have FUN! 🤩

❗️Also to remember it is outdoors. This will only go ahead if it’s dry. I will keep an eye on the weather 🌦️ and keep everyone updated weekend into Monday - Tuesday for Wednesday 12th 10.30am inverleith park

Make the most of the special time we have with family!

Ellie absolutely loving her swim in the sea after school in her clothes then getting caught in the torrential rain!
What a fun evening and now home for hot baths a cuppa and board games!
Best of both worlds! 💜

What’s your plans today and this weekend?

Has anyone been affected by the rain over the last few days! It’s been something else for sure!!💜⚠️

Ellie is at grandparents so Clay and I are having a chilled morning. 🤩
A relaxed Friday for us I think. Maybe venture out this afternoon. 🌦️

A few of us were thinking of heading to the new Babyplayplace on Wednesday next week so if you want to join please let me know.

Also last shout out for our supermummas night out tomorrow Saturday 7pm if anyone wishes to join. A few drinks and nibbles in town and a great way to socialise meet new friends and let your hair down. No children. 🎉🍷

How was everyone’s weekend?
Another holiday day today for the schools.

What’s your plans?

Ellie has a play date with 2 of her friends, Clay has a play date with his friend and mummy has a play date with her friend! Ha winning! 🏅

Busy household today!
Had hoped for a sunny day and garden fun but not looking promising so maybe a day indoors for us all.

Picnic 🧺 arts and crafts 🎨 games 🎲🧩 and good company! 💜🥰

Great wee morning at Time twisters today meeting 6 Mummas with the group and then bumping into a few other mums we know 🙂 always lovely to see friends and catch up.

As mums we prioritise our children, partners, housework and all the rest before ourselves.

It would be lovely to hear what mums do when prioritising themselves?

When baby sleeps / naps during the day?…if they do?….what do you do? Sleep, catch up on tv, have a relaxing bath/ shower….forget the cleaning, cooking, tidying up!

Take some time for yourself if you can.
Allow yourself time! As mums we do over and above and sometimes never get any recognition for it!
So today I am recognising all you amazing SUPERMUMMAS!….take a break and if you can do something for yourself 💜💜💜
