20 years ago Marishah was born from a wonderful project. After working on the field in India with UN I felt the need to help and do something for those amazing people, specially children. So I decided that I would go around villages and buy directly from them and bring to Portugal, where I opened the first Fair Trade shop in the Algarve.
Anyway... life went by and Portugal crashed into a big economic crisis in 2011. I had to close the shop and stayed with thousands of things in stock. One year later 1 was in Scotland... but I still had this dream. Decided to bring some of the stock with me and it's been under my bed for more than 10 years... until had the amazing idea of bringing this dream back to life. So I have no words... I don't know how to thank Dave and Sarah for this new opportunity. So my wonderful people, come and get a little bit of this colour and joy while the stock lasts. Namaste
