Hi folks - are we feeling the seasonal changes recently - a little colder, darket in the evenings a little more rain.
I happened to love Autumn - all the colours changing in the trees.
But it does take a wee while to adjust to the change.
I think its a great time to start thinking of creative crafting you can do over Aurumn and winter - get a few projects started so you can hunker down whilst it's colder and craft away.
I also know that embroidery and crafting is extremely mindful and Sashiko is especially meditative as its quite rhythmic and repetitive so once you've mastered the stitching, made your pattern you can craft and stitch and feel relaxed and calm throughout.
If you'd like to know more about the beautiful mending art - Sashiko perhaps you can join us this Sunday for a lovely, peaceful and creative afternoon of mindful mending and stitching.
Here are some examples of projects started during our previous sessions - hope you'll be able to come along and join us!
