This page was set up by some local mums who share a passion for car seat safety awareness. Our aim is to share information about all things car seat related to allow parents and caregivers to make informed choices right for them. Let's face it - the car seat world can be confusing, overwhelming and it's hard to get clear, unbiased information sometimes. We hope we can pass on some info w

hich might help or maybe show you something you didn't know before. A child will likely use a seat for 12 years so there's lots of questions which may come up! We are by no means complete experts - we have all had our own journeys and made decisions we might not make now - but we all agree on one thing; 'know better, do better'. We’re IOSH trained and try to keep as up to date as possible in the fast paced world of car seats. This is a non-judgemental, informative place for us to share some things we have learned which we wish we had known when car seats were first added to our baby shopping lists. We can also provide 1:1 advice and answer questions, just post or message us directly. Can we talk about emotional milestones? 🥹

I don’t know if it’s just me, but I find moving my babies into the next stage car seat very emotional! I wish I could keep them little for a lot longer.

One of my favourite boys got upgraded from his Avionaut Pixel Pro 2.0 to the Axkid Minikid 4 Max last weekend. He’s now good to travel rear facing until he’s either 125cm or 36kg, whichever comes first. Keeping him safe for as long as possible! 🙌🏼
