A Jolly Sew & Sew Handmade sewn items for fun Hello. My name is Vicki and I am the person behind A Jolly Sew & Sew.

I have enjoyed sewing as a hobby since being taught to sew by my Aunt as a teenager and remember well the joy at finishing my first ever pair of striped trousers! More recently I have enjoyed creating items for my little one and for the arrival of other little bundles of joy. There is nothing more enjoyable and rewarding than creating something beautiful and personal for a special person.

So, I've finally been getting back to some sewing after a good wee while away. Nearly finished some hareem pants and making some Jersey shorts dungarees with cute chicken print fabric.

A HUGE thank you to my lovely friend Ros at Ros Creative for the fantastic logo she created for my Jolly Sew & Sew page. I absolutely love it and the logo pretty much represents my attempts to sew at home, (well, a more well behaved version perhaps) ha ha! I'm a lucky lady.
