Sorry for being a bit quiet lately - proper work, work has been busy.

I will list here a few nice pieces heading to Waterside Antiques in the next few days. You can find them on Stand 19 - take the left hand stairs, head through the door & it is the first stand in front of you.

6 x Prudential Assurance savings books: 1915, 1919, 1923, 1935, 1959

Along with 3 x Cambridge Co-Op Savings books 1960's and a Co-Op savings stamp book.

All rather 1960's and retro - a pair of rather fabulous mid century stoneware mugs by Denby - the pattern is Arabesque. They are in superb condition and I would like to say that I don't think ever used.

£12 for the pair plus postage.

A simply wonderful Chinese tea set in fine porcelain with a colourful goldfish pattern. Looks to be unused. Probably circa 1980's.

£18 plus postage.

A nice silver plated candlebra. Really lovely condition. Can be polished if you prefer a shinier look but I like it looking more muted and aged.

Looks amazing with faux flowers wrapped around it for a very impressive table decoration for any special event or party.

Got an hour or so to spare, drop down to Waterside Antiques http://www.watersideantiques.co.uk in Ely and browse through treasures on offer from myself and Liz Tomkins.

To find us enter through the main door, up the left hand staircase to the next floor, through the first door - we are second stand along.
