Had a bit of a week… fell backwards on a step behind the car in London last Sunday ( I knew there was a step, parked there dozens of times before); as I fell backwards on my right wrist, it broke badly. A&E in Harlow were brilliant.
Unfortunately, I needed an op, but i was very fortunate to have the best hand surgeon available
So I will be around next week, purely in a ‘sit on the settee and give orders’ role.😂
Helen has been great, she had the busiest week (perhaps I should stay away more often!)

JUST TO SAY. IF ANY OF YOU DRIVE THE HARLOW COMMON ROAD PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL. THERE ARE 3 LOVELY FOALS LOOSE AND COMING TO THE ROAD. I CALLED 999 AND WAITED FOR THE POLICE. THEY HAD MOVED UNDER THE TREES. APPARENTLY THEY ARE LOOSE A LOT. 😱
