Upcycled vintage denim jacket with vintage tribal hand embroidery with real mirrors, as well as intricately hand-beaded swatches which were once part of special occasion dresses and outfits.
Although beautiful and fun, beads, sequins and rhinestones are made of plastic, and are mostly applied on garments that are worn only once. This means mountains and mountains of plastic pollution, and when you look at the fact that India, for example, where such garments are very popular, has not millions, but billions of people, and here in the west, we all like sparkle too, especially around Christmas, or during festival season... we need to take every single opportunity to reduce waste, to re-use, recycle, and even though I am a seller, I openly say - buy less, and buy responsibly.
