Ladies, let's talk Breast Surgery, Breast Assymetry and bra fitting. This small part (but hugely important part) of what the Allure girls do, is close to my heart and nursing background 🫶
We care about you, and your journey is important to us. We are here to help with your comfort and will always be totally discreet 🫶
Any of these Bra's shown may fit you post surgery, professional fitting is recommended 🫶
Here are some things we will consider.....
How recently was you surgery, or are you waiting for surgery?🫶
We won't recommend wired Bra's prior to surgery or for a time afterwards, until we know they are safe for you. Sone ladies prefer or are advised to continue wearing non wired Bra's. Comfort and professional fitting are key 🫶
What type of surgery are you having/had?
Different Bra's will work for different ladies. We will help and guide you with your options 🫶
If you have had a mastectomy, we will fit you to a comfortable, high gore (centre height) to hold a prosthetic. Pockets are your choice, a well fitted bra may not require pockets to hold your prosthetic securely 🫶
If you've had a lumpectomy, creating a slight difference, you may only need a bra that stretches on the cup for that comfortable, well fitted bra 🫶
Balancers, to even out your cup fit, are an option, if required. This is very common, not always due to breast surgery. The saying is, our breasts are sisters, not twins! We are trained and able to provide this service with the Evenly products 🫶
We are here to help support you through your bra journey from before surgery, immediately post op, and through the years that follow 🫶
Pop in to Allure for a chat or a fitting, with one of our super friendly team. If you prefer pm our page 🫶
