As mums we wear many hats. Most likely to be the main care giver, most likely to have the majority of the duties at home..... When you have a baby it is just expected that we continue to be the whole self we were before having another human to also take care of.

May is fast approaching and as I look ahead I have a very busy personal and business calendar already.
Due to one to ones/ private sessions, a training course ( watch this space) and April Admin to catch up on I only have one Uddingston course running through May . This starts this Friday the 1st and I'll be in Bridgeton

This month's struggle has been juggling social media and marketing in general with life events. So I'm calling on all you lovely people who have attended one to one or group sessions with me and asking you a little favour to help me shout about business and get my classes filled.

Please do book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Diary is now open for April May and June for private group sessions and one to one. Whether that be for baby massage or relaxation for mums. Please do get in touch to secure your sessions 🥰

Mother's day is fast approaching. Do something just for you! 90 minutes with me along with other mothers in the studio enjoying a restorative class designed specifically for mums.

Think guided relaxation, breathing exercises, gentle stretches, self massage and more. PLUS a hot cuppa and chat.

Part of taking care of the kids means taking care of ourselves too. We often feel guilty doing something for ourselves but we shouldn't. Parenting is hard, life is a juggle and taking time out for yourself shouldn't be a luxury.

Happy Friday everyone!
I'm so excited to be welcoming new families and seeing returning ones also as we approach March. With baby massage, the return of our mummy relaxation sessions and my collaboration with healthy valleys delivery antenatal support to parents it's set to be a wonderful month.

Who massages the baby at class?
You do! Mums dad's or primary care giver massages their baby and your instructor (me) demonstrates and teaches using our massage dolls (Milo and Mirren as they are affectionately known in class).

The classes are centred around you and your baby. It's about you both experiencing nurturing touch and emotional connection together in a safe space .

Oxytocin is released within you and your little one, through positive touch. This encourages a feeling of calm and helps you both regulate emotions which is one of the many benefits of massage.

It really is much more than a baby class. It's wellness for you and your little one. Building your relationship, strengthening your bond and gaining skills for your parenting journey.

Just had to share this video of our beautiful mum's and babies again. I'm so excited to meet all the new parents and babies of 2026 . I really do love what I do, it's such a privilege to be part of your parenting journey and to support you in your early weeks and months of bonding.

Getting to know your little one through nurturing touch really is a wonderful and invaluable experience as a parent. Our small intimate class size maximises the benefits of baby massage and is also a great way to meet other new parents.
