Dookit Brewing are a small batch independent brewery based in Tollcross, Glasgow, who are constantly churning out delicious beerskies adorned with artwork by local Glasgow designers, and they are also just really nice. And love pigeons! We are very happy to work with them as our first collaboration on Scottish soil.

2. JON BON CHOVY: anchovies, garlic red sauce, Parmesan.
