My first ever Tunisian crochet jumper!!

I feel in love with this stitch as soon as I saw it and after receiving new book I knew it would be a perfect first Tunisian project!

Crocheting has always been so rewarding for me. When I’m worried and stressed about life, crafting provides an escape. When I seeing the pieces grow I gain confidence in myself and what I can achieve. I am so proud of myself for learning this new craft and I can’t wait to develop this new skill further x

Hey hey hey!!
It has been way too long since I’ve posted. I’ve missed you all so much but I’m still here crocheting away in the background and have been working on some tests too.

So excited to have finished this gorgeous by the beautifully talented Janine . It’s a perfect little quick make, suitable for beginners. I’m just so gutted that as soon as I finished it the grey Scottish rain descended. I’ll remain hopeful for one more day of sunshine so I can wear this beautiful top before winter.

Sometime you just can’t resist! Since starting my new job I have put a ban on myself from testing any more pattern but when this top came up from I crumbled and immediately applied! It was so worth it! This top is just amazing on so many level! The fit is absolutely perfect and the style is so unique. Couldn’t recommend this pattern more!

The past month has been manic! Working full time while still trying to crochet and be creative has been so difficult; I haven’t quite got the balance yet. Crochet still remains a very therapeutic hobby for me so I will keep on trying to find the right balance. I was over the moon to finally finish this beautiful jumper for New book coming out in November. Make sure to pre-order it now it’s going to be a must have.

What’s your advise on how to achieve a better work/crochet balance?

May has flown by! Seems like forever ago that I made my Poppy Jumper but thank you all for the continued support for the pattern!
I have loved meeting so many fellow crocheters when I put out my tester call and I think we all will be wearing our Poppy jumper this summer! I even snook in a little test myself for and I can’t get enough!

Enjoy some sun today! I know you’re all sick of seeing my but it is just perfect for weather like today! Wearing mine for some crochet in the sun tonight. I’ve been so busy lately that being able sitting down to crochet has been a dream. My WIP pile is growing out of control! Hopefully with the beautiful sun coming and the bank holiday weekend, I can get some males finished to show you!!

Hailing some nice weather!

The weather here has been so cold and rainy and I’m so over it. Bring on some beautiful sun and blue skies so I can enjoy my Poppy jumper with shorts like .stitches here! Poppy Jumper Releases tomorrow! 🙌🙌
I am over the moon to finally be publishing my first garment pattern. This has been so long in the making it’s so good to see it all come together. I really hope you love the pattern, I certainly loved designing and writing it and my testers had a great time too!i cant wait to show you the rest of the testers makes tomorrow too! Eek!
