Cosgrove Care is a charity organisation which supports children and adults with additional support needs. Accessible support includes; independent and supported living, children and adult outreach services, 1:1 befriending services, a wide range of classes/groups (e.g: yoga, art, computing) and a Supported Employment/Up-cycling project. Cosgrove Care is committed to providing the highest level of
care to some of societies most vulnerable people. Here at Cosgrove Shop we provide 1:1 support for young adults in a realistic work environment. We also provide nationally recognised Employability Qualifications to pupils from Additional Support for Learning schools throughout the Glasgow area. The young adults who attend our project receive support and training in Customer Service skills, Health and Safety at Work, Till Training, Communication, Team Work and much more!!! Alongside the Supported Employment Project we also offer our young people the opportunity to access our furniture up-cycling project 'Faire Belle'. This project offers young people the chance to learn the basics of furniture up-cycling and restoration with a qualified instructor.
