LA FETICHE is delighted to share an insight into our creative community, introducing the faces of Glasgow International Arts Festival. Debuting her first solo exhibition ‘Hard Lines’, meet Lisette May Monroe
‘Hard Lines’ is an autobiographical installation that uses sentimentally, nostalgia and revenge to navigate the aftermath of an abandoned relationship, while questioning what it means to inhabit a body stigmatised by the overhanding spectres of class, disability and menopause.
We had the pleasure of previewing Lisette’s installation ahead of it’s opening to discover more about her experience as a creative working in Glasgow and capture her in her favourite LA FETICHE looks.
