If you’ve spoken to us at all in the past few weeks you’ll have likely heard about our amazing Ireland destinations. Well, we’re happy to say that they are finally available to purchase on Etsy! 🇮🇪 ⭐️
This amazing roll covers the whole island, and features both the English and Gaelic versions of some iconic destinations. It has to be our favourite thing we’ve ever picked up, and we’re so excited to finally share it with you all!

Since starting Hometown Signs, we have managed to get our hands on some absolutely amazing bus rolls, but this fantastic Córas Iompair Éireann (CIÉ), Irish language bus destination blind from the 1970s, is one of our very, very best.
Destinations include Ath Claith (Dublin), Ath Luain (Athlone), Ceanannas (Kells), Cill Dara (Kildare), Cill Chainnigh (Kilkenny), Muileann gCearr (Mullingar), Baile Atha Troim (Trim), Na Sceiri (Skerries), Tulach Mor (Tulllamore), Droichead Atha (Drogheda) and Dun na nGall (Donegal).

Today we got our hands on a batch from the north east, including this amazingly well preserved Aberdeen Corporation Transport roll, which went into service in December of 1961. We have just taken another delivery of vintage bus blinds, and although a much shorter roll than we usually see, they’re a pair of crackers.
We are often asked for Paisley buses and we have been unable to help … until now.
Here we have two 1960s blinds, including a very, very rare blue/white example from Paton’s buses of Paisley. Destinations include Renfrew Ferry, India Tyres, Govan X, Paisley Grammar School, Arkleston Cemetery, & Babcocks.
