Long answer - Where have I been? It’s been a time of massive change in my life with some pretty rough bouts of mental unwellness. Times are also tough for everyone .. cost of living is a tough gig for all of us and that has an impact on small businesses. If you’ve read this far, please have a virtual hug 🤗 and hugest of thanks to all my customers for your support.
But, Carny Valley has come out of its little hibernation and I’m so ready to get you prepared and GORGEOUS for whatever the British summer throws our way.

Ahh Nozstock!
Hats off for another amazing event! I honestly never thought I’d be wearing ski trousers at a festival but these have to be one of my fave purchases at a festi ever! Vintage Fila for £20 plus my Purple Dove rain cape meant I was dry, warm and snug all day even with rain for over 24h! 🌧️🌧️🌧️

Best times hanging with who is the total boss at planning and getting me to acts - her organisation is off the charts brilliant and her and are the lushest company 🥰

Twinning is winning - is wearing the single Purple Dove rain cape and I’m wearing the double. Off to put mine in the washing machine ready for the next festival 😄 (Yes, washable, vegan waxed cotton at 30c non-bio).

So what’s all about them? Here’s all the info you need to know if you want to grab a bargain on 1st - 2nd April.

In a nutshell.. makers and designers will always have seconds stock - for me it may be rain capes with small to larger marks, either because the fabric was already marked, or returned marked from display in a shop, for example.
There may be other bargains where a cape is the last in a line or I have more in stock of a particular colourway which is perfect but I’d like to mobilise it off my shelves. Garments need to be on people to be useful and to ensure I operate as sustainably as possible.

So on the 1st and 2nd April, I will be taking part in Super Seconds Festival, along with 249 other UK makers and designers.. selling clothing, prints, jewellery etc - all offering up to 75% off full price.
