Hello!! Hope you're having a lovely sunny Friday. I thought I'd show my face and say hi, as there have been a few new followers - welcome, and thank you! 👋
A little about me...
👒 I've been a milliner for 4 years, having learned my trade at .guildford, where my lovely colleagues taught me everything they know about hats! I previously worked in a number of different industries, most notably making costumes for film, theatre & TV, as well as running my own business upcycling furniture. Since the Mad Hatter closed in 2023, I've gone freelance and now make hats from my home studio in Godalming, Surrey.
👒 I make fully bespoke hats and headpieces for all occasions, so if you are looking for something to perfectly complement your outfit, do get in touch and we can come up with something amazing just for you. The world is pretty much your oyster when it comes to colours, shapes and trims 😍
👒 I also have a smallish stock of ready-to-wear hats, available to view and buy in my store (link in bio), or in person.
👒 If you already have a hat that just needs a bit of TLC, I'm more than happy to jzuzh it up for you (hooray for sustainability, saving both resources and money!) - we can add trims, restore shape, or even take apart and remake into something completely new 👀
👒 If you're not nearby, I can offer a fully remote service via phone and post, so it's worth dropping me a line if you like what you see.
Don't leave it too long...I need around 6-8 weeks to create your perfect piece from scratch (and is less than 7 weeks away already...!)
