After 15 Years...its time for me to say Goodbye💔
Closing a beautiful chapter, full of memories..while this decision is incredibly hard, it is also filled with gratitude.
This is one of the hardest announcements l’ve ever had to make. After 15 years of pouring my whole heart into Pixie and my customers l have made the heartbreaking decision to close.
Pixie began in 2010 as a Childrenswear, Toys & Gifts Boutique.. I can’t believe it’s been 15 YEARS since I opened!!! Amelia was just 18-months old when she helped me cut the ribbon at the start of this amazing journey, and now she’s 17 where did the time go!
My life as a retailer is a million miles away from my days as a surveyor, but l’ve loved every second. There are so many things to be proud of, including being a Drapers finalist 3 Years running and winning a CWB Magazine award for Best Kids Store! We supported various charities, participated in fashion shows, held Photography shoots for customers in the shop, helped style kids alongside fashion stylists for OK Magazine, and we were featured on TV.
A BIG thank you to everyone who has supported us and made it all possible, including our lovely brands and our truly amazing customers, we are forever grateful to each and every one of you. We’ve made amazing friendships along the way…just keep supporting your local independents!
Closing Pixie breaks my heart. It’s been my world for 15 years, filled with incredible memories. Your loyalty and support have meant more than I can ever say. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for being part of my story. This isn’t the end — just a new beginning..
Our Final Day of Business will be Saturday 14th February 2026
Our Shop Hours will reduce slightly in this period; Tuesday – Saturday 10am-4pm
Between now and then we will be hosting a farewell SALE with 50% off Seasonal Clothing and up to 30% off Toys & Gifts. To give you chance to shop, reminisce and celebrate the last 15 Years.
