It is celebration today here at YCF, yet another of our staff members has been with us for 40 years, congratulations Gary on your loyal service and thank you for keeping us on our toes for all this time.

A momentous day here at YCF. Congratulations to Julie, who has been with the company for 40 years today, from the whole team.

I can tell you that 40 years is a company record, longer than anyone else has yet achieved, and apparently she hasn't finished yet!

Snow Shovels, orange is the colour, well at least usually!

Phone problems again today, so if you are calling us if it doesn't ring it is the Telcoswitch system at fault, I can wholeheartedly recommend you do not use them if anyone offers them to you. https://telcoswitch.com/ check your voip offer is not from here as it fails at least once a month for an extended period.

VOIP is still a problem this morning, we appear to have lines out but only some calls are coming in, please call but email if you don't call through and we will call back.

When we moved over from the steam driven landline they did say it wouldn't be a problem but hey new technology what can you do? Maybe I won't sell the old skool Panasonic exchange system just yet.

Hi everyone, if you struggle to get through to us on the phone today it is a network issue with our voip provider which maybe some sort of denial of service attack. Keep trying or email us to call you back.
