馃摚馃摚 We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to assist and work alongside the Food & Beverage Manager in the daily running of our beautiful restaurant Latitude 53.
Your role will be to ensure that you and the team are customer focused at all times and provide the highest standards of hospitality and that our visitors expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
The Restaurant Manager will;
路 Have similar experience in a similar size and environment.
路 Have a passion for fresh food and delivering the highest levels of service.
路 Be a clear and concise communicator with, colleagues and guests.
路 Have the ability to multi-task effectively and remain calm under pressure.
路 Have outstanding customer service and people skills.
路 Ensure all food and drinks are served and presented to the correct specification with regard to quality and quantity.
路 Conduct daily walk-through to ensure all open restaurant equipment is in good working order.
路 Ensure all food safety procedures are followed at all times.
路 Have the ability to manage, motivate and train both new & existing staff members to create a strong teamwork ethic and maintain our ethos.
路 Management of the booking system and chasing any pre-orders
路 Financial Management, ensuring all bills are correct and accounted for.
路 Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekend.
路 Give memorable service and experience.
路 Other duties as assigned
