Have you seen our Symons Street windows yet? In collaboration with Flower & Press, we’re celebrating Chelsea in Bloom with floral installation displays inspired by the gentle, deep rhythms of Theta and Delta brainwaves – a state of total calm, where you feel completely out of this world.

Visit us in-store through to Sunday 24th to see the display and take part in our sleepy gnome hunt.

On Saturday 23rd May, Little Moons mochi ice cream will be available from our ice cream trike, with any in-store purchase.

Our Symons Street Store display is inspired by the calm, rhythmic flow of Theta brainwaves – patterns of brain activity associated with deep rest and sleep. Visit us in store to enjoy a visual masterpiece, alongside exclusive giveaways and sweet treats from today until Sunday 24th.

Perfect for sharing, save these light summer treats for your next get-together or barbecue and serve up on our fish-shaped platters and extra-large serving dishes.

Dates with gorgonzola
1tbsp olive oil
8–10 dates
30g creamy gorgonzola
5 slices prosciutto (halved)
Drizzle truffle honey (normal honey works too)
Few chilli flakes
Sea salt
Halve and de-stone the dates, stuff with small slices of gorgonzola and wrap in prosciutto. Cook in a pan on medium to low heat for around 1min. Flip and cook the other side. Arrange on a platter and drizzle with honey, chilli and sea salt. Serve immediately.

White bean hummus and seasonal crudités
200g white beans in liquid
3tbsp tahini
1tbsp maple syrup
1tsp (generous) harissa
1tsp cumin powder
1tsp crushed coriander seeds
1/2tsp salt (and a sprinkle for serving)
3tbsp olive oil (and a drizzle for serving)
A large ice cube
Vegetables of your choice
Blend all ingredients till smooth, then decant to a ramakin. Add sea salt and olive oil. Serve with seasonal veg, breakfast radishes, fennel, baby carrots, cucumbers and chicory.

Loaded caviar crisps with dill sauce
Truffle crisps
1/3-1/2 jar of Salmon roe or caviar
Handful dill
4tpsp capers

For the dressing:
3tbsp Greek yogurt
2tbsp creme fraiche
1tbsp mayo
10g dill
10g parsley
1tsp garlic powder
1/2tsp celery salt
1/2tsp salt
1/2 lemon juice
Blend the dressing ingredients then decant into a drizzle bottle. Add a first layer of crisps to a platter, then garnish with dressing, capers, fresh dill and salmon roe. Repeat this process three times or until you use all the crisps. Serve immediately. https://the-white-company.visitlink.me/5eRE7c
