An extraordinary piece of craftsmanship, an eye-watering price tag, and yet, from a professional bra-fitting perspective, we can’t help but notice the fit.

It’s a reminder that even the most luxurious lingerie isn’t necessarily the best fitting.

As beautiful as the diamonds may be, a perfect fit is something money alone can’t buy.

Last night, we had the pleasure of attending the Hartlepool Business Awards 2026 at the beautiful Hardwick Hall, where Bellus Amor was a finalist in the Best Retail or Service Sector category. 🏆✨

Unfortunately, it wasn’t our night to bring home the trophy, but being recognised alongside some fantastic local businesses is something we’re incredibly proud of.

A huge congratulations to all of last night’s winners and finalists. Hartlepool really does have some incredible businesses to be proud of! 👏

Today we’re celebrating a very special milestone at Bellus Amor… Lisa’s 2-year work anniversary! 🥂

It takes a special kind of person to show the level of commitment, loyalty and dedication that Lisa gives to Bellus Amor every single day.

She’s not just our Supervisor. She’s my right-hand woman, someone I can always rely on, and a huge part of Bellus Amor ❤️

Running a small independent business isn’t always easy, and having someone by your side who genuinely cares about the business, its customers and its success as much as you do is something I never take for granted.

Lisa has embraced the Bellus Amor Way and continues to give her all to the boutique and the wonderful ladies who walk through our doors.

Loyalty like that deserves to be recognised, celebrated and appreciated. 🖤

Lisa, thank you for everything you do, for believing in my vision and for being such an important part of the Bellus Amor journey.

Running a small independent business is no easy task. Behind the beautiful lingerie, pretty boutique and smiling faces are endless hours of hard work, determination, dedication and a genuine passion for what we do.

Did you know one of the biggest misconceptions about our shop is that we only cater for ladies with larger busts?

While we're proud to specialise in expert bra fitting for fuller busts, we actually stock bras from an A cup upwards.

One of the most common things we hear is:
"I'm probably just a B or C cup..."

More often than not, after a professional fitting, we discover they're actually wearing an E, F or even larger cup - and they're amazed by the difference a correctly fitted bra makes.

Cup size means very little without the right band size, and so many women have spent years wearing bras that simply don't fit properly.

Whether you're an A cup, a K cup, or anywhere in between, every woman deserves a bra that feels comfortable, supportive and gives her confidence.
