I create it because somewhere there’s a woman scrolling who feels completely lost with what to wear, doesn’t know what suits her anymore, and thinks she’s the only one feeling that way.

If my content helps her feel seen, understood and like she can ask for help, then it’s a job done 👍

That’s why I share tips on colour analysis, personal style, wardrobe confidence and getting dressed over 40.

Not because I have all the answers.

But because I know how powerful it is when someone finally finds the joy in getting dressed and wearing what they love.

Sometimes following influencers can create a lot of comparison.

But instead of trying to copy their outfits piece by piece, try taking the elements you’re drawn to and adding them to what you already enjoy wearing 🤍

Because the goal isn’t to look like somebody else.

It’s to create a style that feels authentic to you.

A few things I always recommend:

✨ Follow women whose style genuinely inspires you and feels accessible.

✨ Save outfits for inspiration, not imitation.

✨ Notice patterns in what you save. Is it the colours? The shapes? The accessories?

✨ Before buying something new, ask yourself:
“Would I still love this if I hadn’t seen it on her?”

✨ Build around the pieces you already feel great in.

Authentic style isn’t created overnight.

It’s created by collecting inspiration, recognising what feels good on you, and repeating it often enough that it becomes your own.

That’s where confidence comes from.

Style doesn’t have to be dramatic or trend led.

Sometimes it’s just:
✨ finding colours that suit you
✨ outfits that feel easy
✨ and pieces you genuinely love wearing on repeat and what connects them all.

That’s where confidence in your style starts.

Take this shade for example… buttermilk
It’s everywhere right now.

And on the right person? Gorgeous 👌🏼But it’s not for everyone. It can make you look tired or a bit washed out…

That doesn’t mean you can’t wear light neutrals. — it just means you haven’t found your perfect version of it yet.

Because when the tone is right:

✨ your skin looks brighter
✨ your eyes stand out more
✨ and outfit building just feel easier
