Congratulations to our fabulous Izzy, who has been promoted to Senior Sales Assistant! 🥳❤️

Izzy has been part of the Velvet team for four years — with a little gap in the middle! She brings so much creativity, warmth and personality to the shop and is absolutely brilliant with our customers. She has a real way of making everyone feel welcome, comfortable and looked after, and we know so many of you love seeing her when you visit us.

And of course, no four-legged customer gets through the door without receiving plenty of attention from Izzy too! 🐶

We’re incredibly lucky to have her as part of our team and couldn’t be happier to see her step into her new role.
